Hi there,
I’m Adam, the creator of Gigmouths. I’m a 2nd year Maths student at the University of Manchester with a passion for music. I believe some of the best music experiences come from those small intimate gigs with new and up and coming bands.
It doesn’t matter if you’re long time fans of the band or just taking a risk on a random band, its always a great night.
I saw many new bands in my first year in Manchester but in my 2nd year I wanted more. I couldn’t afford to go and see big bands playing £30 concerts every week. This inspired me to create what now is Gigmouths, a collection of all the low cost gigs happening in Manchester over the coming weeks.
This website gives the people of Manchester a one stop shop for a great night out without stretching their wallets.
Currently I am operating the site and the social media accounts myself around my University schedule. However I will be working hard to ensure the site runs smoothly by keeping the gigs as up to date as I can and responding to any messages as fast as I can.
I created this site to link music fans to the experiences they love. So give it a try. Go find some CHEAP. LOCAL. MUSIC.
