I can no longer attend the concert I bought tickets for, can I get a refund?
You will have to check the refund policy of the website you bought the tickets from. It differs from site to site and case to case. Alternatively you can resell the ticket to another fan via social media or Twickets (https://www.twickets.com).
The date and time you have listed my gig for is different than on the venues/ticket distributors website?
Sadly I am running this site on my on top of my Uni degree, therefore last minute changes to dates and or times will often not be updated on my site. Always trust the times and dates released by the Venue.
How can I get myself/my band featured on Artist of the Week?
Every week we visit some of the gigs listed on our site and write about one in detail for our “Artist of the Week”. If you’re interested in this please get in touch with us and we can try and organise to get a site author to attend your bands gig and write about it.
I am a venue offering gigs under £15, why am I not featured on your site?
Due to the small scale of the company and the staff at this current time we can only record a number of gigs. In the future we will be eager to add new venues so please get in touch and we will consider adding your venue.
How can I support Gigmouths?
We are a free service for the people of Manchester to help find the music they love. If you like us please share us on social media and to your friends and family. We are considering the possibility of creating a crowdfunding page if people would like to donate to improve the services provided.
Can I write for Gigmouths?
At this current time we are not looking for more authors for the Gigmouths website. However, in the future we are hoping to hire more passionate, fantastic writers. So watch this space.
